While tight inventories continue to constrain sales, the robust economy has fueled demand and pushed sales to record levels for the third straight year, according to the most recent analysis of the existing home market by the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA). 

Median Home sale price in Waukesha County rose from $256,750 in December of 2016 to $277,750 in 2017.  Extremely low inventory levels throughout the year drove record high prices.
