It all started
as a simple question on Facebook. “Anyone know a good Realtor?” Good
isn’t the word to describe Joe Singsheim. Attentive, patient, caring,
and knowledgeable are just a few things to describe him. He never lost
his cool when we changed our minds what seemed like 100 times. Every
single question through phone call, text and email he answered almost
ASAP! No matter the time or the question he either knew the answer or he
got us an answer. He always kept us up to date on new listing that he
thought would be perfect for us. We looked at soo many houses both in
person and online. Since we were first time home buyers it helped having
someone who knew a lot about houses. Then came along our current
house. The moment we walked into the house we knew it would be perfect
for us to start a family at. After all is said and done not only is he
truly a wonderful Realtor but someone who we call our friend. Thanks
