After years of saving and budgeting I finally took the plunge to
become a homeowner. I was lucky enough to have a friend of mine to start
looking through houses with. When she could no longer aid me in my
search, I was passed onto Joe. I felt sorry for him having to deal with
me but I could not have been more happy with how everything worked out. I
had tons of questions, ideas, plans, and hopes and Joe was the most
patient person I could have asked for. I came into this adventure not
knowing entirely what I was getting myself into. He showed me every
house that I wanted to see, but when he thought I had better options or
when the house had a potential problem that I couldn’t handle myself, he
was honest and forward with me.
Joe is a
professional in his job and gets things done right the first time. Since
our search began, Joe took the time to really sit down with me and
figure out what I truly wanted and what would make a house into my home.
It was more than a pleasure to work with Joe and I would highly
recommend having him on your side when looking for a home.
