I am extremely impressed with how smoothly the selling process was, while working with Joe on selling our tenant occupied rental property. I have sold three other rental properties, in the past, and I have never experienced the level of courtesy and professionalism that Joe, and his team, exhibited. He took care of keeping the tenants informed, giving them notifications of showings, appraiser entry, and home inspection times. I have never had a realtor that took care of this extra step. He respected that the rental property was ours, but that it was also the tenant’s home. Our property was also priced just right for the current market. We received 2 offers over asking price the first week on the market. One important factor in figuring asking price, and accepting above offer contracts, is that the property has to appraise at said value in order for the buyer to secure funding from their lender. Accepted offers, and the appraisal, were right in line with what the buyer paid. I would definitely use Joe, and the rest of his team, in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone that is considering using their services.
