My wife and I heard about Joe through a friend of ours that is home shopping. We already had a home with some projects that needed finishing first to sell and looking to buy a new home. Joe along with Jeff came over and gave their over view of how they do things. It was descriptive and easy to understand. They both seemed very upfront about things. Gave us recommendations about what to really finish up on the home and we did. They listed the home and it sold rather quickly. Although the buyer backed out later due to no fault of theirs. We relisted and had it sold again within a week I believe. It was a very easy process with all the dealings on their end even though I had some contractor issues. When it came to home buying they were quite available when it came to scheduling viewings and they were very quick to respond to any questions we had through text messages or any other format. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell and/or buy a home. Overall it was a great experience with no regrets.
